Welcome to Black Tongue Events. By purchasing tickets through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ticket Sales

All ticket purchases are final. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged except in cases of event cancellation.
Tickets are sold per person and must be used by the person named on the ticket if specified.

2. Refunds and Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price, refunded via the original payment method.
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, contact us at tickets@blacktongueevents.co.uk to discuss your options.
Refunds do not cover any additional costs such as travel, accommodation, or merchandise.

3. Entry Requirements

Attendees may be required to show valid ID at entry.
Some events may have age restrictions; please check the event details before purchasing.
Tickets may be voided if used fraudulently or resold in violation of these terms.

4. Code of Conduct

We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. By attending an event, you agree to:

Behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other attendees.
Follow all venue rules, including those related to smoking, alcohol, and prohibited items.
Not engage in any illegal activity, harassment, or disruptive behavior.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.

5. Liability

Black Tongue Events and venue operators are not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or damage to personal belongings.
Attending our events is at your own risk.
We recommend securing personal items and following all safety instructions provided on-site.

6. Payment and Security

All ticket payments are processed securely at checkout using our payment provider.
Once a purchase is confirmed, a confirmation email with your ticket(s) will be sent.
Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your confirmation.

7. Changes to Terms

Black Tongue Events reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to tickets purchased after the update.
