At Black Tongue Events, the safety and security of our attendees, staff, and performers is our top priority. We work closely with venue operators and local authorities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience at every event.

General Safety Guidelines

  • Please keep your personal belongings secure at all times.
  • Follow all instructions provided by event staff and security personnel.
  • Stay aware of your surroundings and report any suspicious activity immediately.
  • Remain hydrated and take regular breaks during longer events.

Venue Security

  • All events are staffed with trained security personnel.
  • Bag checks and ID verification may be conducted at entry.
  • Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, and any item that could cause harm to others.
  • Security staff have the authority to refuse entry or remove individuals who violate rules or pose a risk to others.

Emergency Procedures

  • Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and assembly points upon arrival.
  • First aid stations are available at all events; staff are trained to assist with medical emergencies.
  • In the event of an emergency, please remain calm, follow staff instructions, and assist others if safe to do so.

Responsible Behavior

We encourage all attendees to:

  • Look out for themselves and fellow attendees.
  • Report harassment, theft, or unsafe behavior immediately to staff or security.
  • Respect performers, venue staff, and other attendees.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the event without a refund.
