At Black Tongue Events, the safety and security of our attendees, staff, and performers is our top priority. We work closely with venue operators and local authorities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience at every event.
General Safety Guidelines
- Please keep your personal belongings secure at all times.
- Follow all instructions provided by event staff and security personnel.
- Stay aware of your surroundings and report any suspicious activity immediately.
- Remain hydrated and take regular breaks during longer events.
Venue Security
- All events are staffed with trained security personnel.
- Bag checks and ID verification may be conducted at entry.
- Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, and any item that could cause harm to others.
- Security staff have the authority to refuse entry or remove individuals who violate rules or pose a risk to others.
Emergency Procedures
- Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and assembly points upon arrival.
- First aid stations are available at all events; staff are trained to assist with medical emergencies.
- In the event of an emergency, please remain calm, follow staff instructions, and assist others if safe to do so.
Responsible Behavior
We encourage all attendees to:
- Look out for themselves and fellow attendees.
- Report harassment, theft, or unsafe behavior immediately to staff or security.
- Respect performers, venue staff, and other attendees.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the event without a refund.
