Refund and Returns Policy

At Black Tongue Events, we strive to make every event memorable and enjoyable. Please read our ticketing policy carefully before making a purchase.

Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final. Once you have purchased a ticket, it cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in the case of event cancellations or reschedules. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this policy.

Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled, we will provide a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We recommend keeping a record of your ticket purchase for reference.

Event Reschedules

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. We understand that changes in plans happen, so if you cannot attend the rescheduled event, please contact us at tickets@blacktongueevents.co.uk to discuss your options.

Please note that rescheduling is rare and only occurs under exceptional circumstances, such as venue issues, artist availability, or unforeseen events.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Tickets are like cash and must be treated with care. We cannot replace tickets that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

• Keep digital tickets secure and backed up.
• If you are attending with friends or family, ensure all parties have access to their tickets.

Payment and Booking

All payments are processed securely at the time of booking. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket(s) attached.

If you do not receive your confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder, and then contact us at tickets@blacktongueevents.co.uk for assistance.

Special Circumstances

We may make exceptions to this policy only in extreme circumstances at our discretion. Please contact us directly if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.
