You can purchase tickets directly through our website. Simply select the event you wish to attend, choose the number of tickets, and complete the checkout process using our secure payment system.
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Please check event details carefully before completing your purchase.
If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund for your ticket(s) using the original payment method. Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, but please allow a few business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Tickets remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, contact us at tickets@blacktongueevents.co.uk to discuss your options. Rescheduling is only done under exceptional circumstances, such as venue or artist availability issues.
Tickets are sent via email as digital tickets. After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket(s) attached.

- Make sure to save your ticket on your device or print it if required.
Yes! Tickets can be transferred to friends or family. Please ensure the recipient has access to the ticket, as lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
Tickets are like cash — we cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Keep your tickets secure, and consider backing them up digitally.
No. Tickets are valid for full entry only. Partial attendance does not qualify for a refund.
Yes! You can select tickets for multiple events in your cart and check out together. Each event will receive its own confirmation email and ticket(s).
